Portable Secure Data Center:

Model PSDC

Power Systems & Controls developed our Portable Secure Data Center (PSDC) for the most secure and demanding customers in the world. The secure data center is the commercial version of the Government style Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).  The enclosure will protect sensitive information stored and processed inside.  With the advancement of cyber warfare, the Portable Secure Data Centers are the answer to keep the data safe.

The Portable Secure Data Center (PSDC) utilizes split pack cooling to control the temperature. PS&C uses this technology due to its small footprint and ease to operate. The advantage for this system is that the equipment uses COTS products that are sometimes interchangeable between products within a specific product line. This makes spare parts more accessible. In addition to split pack cooling, PS&C can also employ Chilled Water systems as well as Forced Air cooling and duct work.

Design Standards:

Our secure data centers are designed and built to meet AMSG 788A (Now SDIP-27 & NSTISSAM Level II), Mil Std 188-125-2, and Mil. Std 461 requirements. LED DC powered lights run throughout the enclosure providing ample lighting for maintaining interior equipment.  Multiple data centers combines together create a larger modular solution.  This is a modular tactical operation center.  This allows customers to pass from one unit to another without ever exiting the overall complex.

PS&C’s portable secure data center is capable of being utilized anywhere in the world and meets the most stringent SCIF requirements. Power Systems & Controls can offer our standard 20’ or 40’ Portable Secure Data Centers, as well as, models for Expandable, Modular, and Design & Build requirements.
